Sync Status/Warehouse for an Shopify Listing

Once a product listing is synced, you can set the Sync Status to either Manual or Auto. This allows you to control how updates to your inventory are managed on Shopify.

By choosing the appropriate Sync Status for your listings, you can effectively streamline your inventory management process and ensure that your products are accurately represented on Shopify at all times.

Manual versus Auto Product Syncing

If you choose Manual Sync Status, you will have to manually update any changes to your product listings on Shopify. This gives you more control over the process and allows you to review and approve any modifications before they go live.

On the other hand, selecting Auto Sync Status means that any changes made to your Inventoryy products will automatically be reflected in your Shopify listings. This option is more convenient and ensures that your inventory remains up-to-date across all your connected accounts without the need for manual intervention.

Selecting Warehouses for Product Syncing

When selecting "Warehouse" to define which warehouses to sync your inventory and product listings, you have the flexibility to choose specific locations from which your products will be sourced and sold. You can even sync multiple warehouses to pull inventory from multiple locations and sell it under one product listing.

All product inventory levels will be based on the current inventory levels of the warehouses you have synced.

Furthermore, when an order is placed, you can easily adjust product information or warehouse details under the order specifics to prevent overselling from a particular location. This level of control ensures that your inventory management remains seamless and prevents any discrepancies in stock levels.

Once you select your warehouses, you will be able to see the currently available inventory for sale under “On Hand”.

By setting the "Quantity" and "Price" for each product listing in conjunction with warehouse selection, you can effectively list your inventory on various e-commerce channels. When you change the price or quantity, it will automatically update on your Shopify listing.

Edit a Synced Listing

If you decide to disconnect your synchronized Shopify listing from an Inventoryy product, you can choose to modify the connection to link it to another listing or product, or completely remove the synced product listing.
