File an insurance claim for packages shipped through Inventoryy that were lost, damaged, or stolen.

From the resource center, navigate to the top right and select "Go To Customer Portal"
Create a new account or log in with your current account
After logging in, select "Insurance Claim" in the top right corner
Follow the form instructions to submit your insurance claim
Claim Instructions
1. All claims regarding damage or theft are to be submitted to Inventoryy within thirty (30) days of the shipment creation date.
2. All claims regarding loss are to be submitted to Inventoryy after thirty (30) days of the shipment creation date, but no later than sixty (60) days of the shipment creation.
3. The package recipient should hold damaged products, packaging materials, and receipts in the event they are requested during claim processing. Failure to retain property may affect the final settlement of the claim.
4. Any fraudulent claims will endanger the shipper and/or package recipient to prosecution for mail fraud under the Federal Criminal Code.
5. All monetary values must be submitted in USD currency.
