      Void a shipping label

      Cancel your shipping labels and requests refunds

      Start URL: inventoryy.com/inventory-management/shipping/shipments

      From the dashboard, navigate on the sidebar to Shipping > Shipments


      To void a label, start by selecting the shipment by clicking the box in the far left-hand column.


      Next, click the "Select Action" dropdown and click "Void Label".


      Click "Yes" on the Confirm Void Label popup.


      The status will show "Pending Void" until the label has been voided.


      You can also view the label under My Account > Billing.

      Once the label has been voided, it will appear as "Voided" on the Shipments page.

      It will also show "Voided" under My Account > Billing.
