Manage your production orders

Track your manufacturing and repairs. Prioritize your production orders based on status and material availability.

 

Start URL: inventoryy.com/inventory-management/production/orders


From the dashboard, navigate on the sidebar to Production > Production Orders

Create Production

Click the "Create Production" button in the top left corner to start a production order

Select Status


Select Status filters the status of each production

Statuses include:

  • Select All
  • Draft
  • Processing
  • Overdue
  • Complete

Select the filter for the status that you want to sort the production orders


Download


You can download production invoices by selecting one or more production orders on the far left side, then clicking the "Download" button


Date


Date column represents the date that each production order was created


Warehouse


Warehouse column displays the warehouse that the production order is in


Production ID


Production ID column displays the ID assigned to each production (Hyperlink)

  • By clicking the hyperlink of the Production ID, you will be redirected to the “Create Production” page which shows the details of the production order


Customer


Customer column displays the customer from whom the production order is being done


Product


Product column displays the product that is being produced


Units


Units column displays the total cost of the products in each production order


Availability


Availability column shows whether products in Product Materials section of the production are "In Stock" or "Missing"

  • If products are missing, the Availability column will display red for that production and show how many units are missing


Sale Price

Sale Price column displays the estimated or completed sale price for each production

Profit


Profit column displays the total profit made from each production

  • Profit = Total Price - Total Cost

Margin


Margin column displays a percentage of profit made for each production based on the total price

  • Total Margin = Profit / Sale Price

ROI


ROI (Return on Investment) column displays a percentage of profit made for each production based on the total cost

  • ROI = Profit / Cost

Lead Time


Lead Time column displays the number of days the production order takes to be completed


Aging


Aging column displays the number of days since the production order has been created

  • If Aging is greater than Lead Time, the production order will be overdue

Status


Status column displays the status of each production order

  • If the Status shows “Mark As Complete”, it has a status of "Processing" and you can click this button to complete the production order
  • If the Status shows "Overdue", you can click this button to complete the production order


Delete


To delete a production order, click on the (trash can) button on the far right side of each order
