Connect your Quickbooks account and send your Inventoryy data to Quickbooks
Account Set Up
With the ability to connect your Quicbooks account, you can seamlessly sync data like vendors, customers, purchases, orders and returns with Quickbooks via the Chart of Accounts.
- Select "My Account" in the top right corner.
- Click on "Integrations" from the sidebar on the left side of the page.
- Select “Quickbooks” integration under Accounting.
4. Select your email, click "Sign In" then enter your password and click "Continue".
5. Select your company and click "Next".
6. You will then be redirected back to Inventoryy > Integrations and the Quickbooks will have a green "Connected" status underneath.
Choose the Data You Want to Sync
Click the Quickbooks icon and toggle "On" or "Off" for the data that you want to sync.
Sync Your Data with Quickbooks
1. To sync your data with Quickbooks, click "View Chart of Accounts" or click the icon near the top right part of the page.
2. From the Chart of Accounts page, select the data to sync by checking the box on the far left-hand side, then clicking "Sync with Quickbooks".
3. You will then receive "Your data has been synced to Quickbooks" message.
Disconnecting Quickbooks
1. To disconnect, Quickbooks, click on the "Quickbooks" integration under My Account > Integrations.
2. Click "Disconnect".
3. Then click "Yes".
